We are open Monday through Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific. We close at 3:00 p.m. on Fridays. We are closed on the weekends.
Sales tax will be charged for Idaho State residents at a 6% rate.
The total shipping time for your order will be our turn around time PLUS transit time. Unless otherwise specified, orders are shipped within 1 business day after receiving payment. During busy times, such as the holiday season, it can be as much as 3-4 days. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped out on the following Monday.
Items that are not opened and are in saleable condition may be returned. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Email us for a return authorization number. We will not be responsible for items returned without authorization and items returned without authorization will be refused.
We will not be responsible for returned items lost in transit. Authorization numbers should be posted on the outside of the package, near the return address. Please request return authorization numbers within 3 days of delivery and return it to us within 7 business days. After that time the product will no longer be accepted and sale is considered final.

Bauble Bath will not be held liable for any lost or stolen packages. Any damaged packages must be reported to us within 48 hours from the time of delivery. We will do our best to resolve the issue with the carrier.
Every effort is made to keep plenty of stock on hand, however, sometimes we do run out of things. When this happens, we will contact you to determine if we can substitute, or refund that portion of your order.
If you receive an incorrect Item let us know within 48 hours at and we will replace it. Please have your order number handy and let us know by email.
We ship free samples with each order. If you would like to have a sample of a certain item, please note that in the comments section of our shopping cart and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note that we do not ship free samples without purchase.
We do our best to offer you only the highest quality product available. We cannot guarantee that any product will be consistent in appearance or color from one batch to another.
